Refund policy

We aim to provide high-quality baseball caps and clothing. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item
A full refund will be issued, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), in accordance with UK law.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Any items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
International Returns
We ship primarily within the UK, as well as Europe and the United States.
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
